Racism Defined is a document created by MICA(Mayland Institute College of Art), a college in the United States that values Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Globalization. As an art college, MICA believes in respecting students' creativity and thoughts, regardless of their race. This document is intended for MICA members who want to discuss racism with their peers or in class. The primer's use of hot pink, one of MICA's brand colors, indicates that it is gender and race neutral.
